Tutorial 2: How to store GWAS in my profile? |
Experiments are normally stored only for 48 hs. in the temporary history. To keep your GWAS permanently you can save them. For this purpose, we first select the GWAS we would like to store (with the check-marks on the right).
Now we can group our GWAS into a project. Let us create a new project with the name Flowering Time Experiments by clicking Add new project.
After creating the project we can rename our GWAS and assign meaningful names to them. After clicking Save experiment, all our selected experiments are stored in our user profile and are grouped into the project Flowering Time Experiments.
