To import public phenotypic data from the portal AraPheno users can use the Upload Manager.
Here the user has to click the Phenotypes button and needs to select From AraPheno in the dropdown menu.

Here, the user can provide semicolon separated list of AraPheno ids or phenotype DOIs from AraPheno. After that the data will be automatically integrated in the private data repository of the user and can be used to perform GWAS or any other analysis.
