| Description: | In silico F1 genotypes were constructed from parental genome sequences (Cao et al., 2016, Nature Genetics) that had been filtered to remove (i) all sites that lacked complete information, (ii) all sites that were not polymorphic, (iii) all triallelic sites (with respect to the reference), and (iv) all singletons. The final dataset consisted of 204,753 SNPs, and these sites were used for all association mapping studies. |
