General information

Phenotype ID: PETpet rm217P21
Name: Flower FHDD ratio
Species: Helianthus petiolaris subsp. petiolaris
Dataset: Helianthus petiolaris subsp. petiolaris. SNPs remapped to HA412-HOv2
Variation Type: continuous
Number of accessions: 163
Category: Inflorescence traits
Phenotype scoring: Ratio between Inflorescence and disk diameters
Source: None
Description: Average of two perpedicular inflorescence disk diameter measurements performed on each of the first three inflorescences produced by each plant. Inflorescences were collected in the field, and front and back digital pictures were taken in the lab using a setup that provided even illumination. A size and colour standard was included in each picture. Measurements were taken using the Fiji software (Schneider et al., 2012; Schindelin et al., 2012).
